Kim Jong Il has apologized for his little "nuclear oopsie", expressing deep regrets for his naughty behaviour. Through a translator, he was quoted as saying, "What can I say? I'm a bad wittle boy."
Good for him. He must know we can't stay mad at him when he makes those sad puppy dog eyes, the little scamp. But seriously...straight to bed without WMD's for you, young man!
